SNMPTRAPD-SENDTEST - SNMP Trap Tests

SYNOPSIS



 snmptrapd-sendtest [options] [host] [...]



DESCRIPTION

Sends sample SNMP traps. The trap format is provided based on the user supplied SNMP version (v1 or v2c). The user has control over the values for the variable bindings. The following varbinds are <B>alwaysB> sent. The user can configure the values with the options.

 -6             Force IPv6 (overrides -4).
