webcamd driver for ALi m5602 USB cameras

m5602

The m5602 driver supports the ALi m5602 bridge connected to the OmniVision OV9650, OmniVision OV7660, Samsung s5k83a, Samsung s5k4aa, Micron mt9m111, and Pixel plus PO1030 sensors.

Devices using the m5602 driver become available to other applications once webcamd(8) is loaded.

The m5602 driver should work with the following USB cameras. The usbconfig(8) command can be used to determine the VendorID:ProductID of a plugged in USB device.
