Attribute name, such as "ID" or "Name"

Extract an attribute value of a feature given the attribute name. Common attribute names include "ID" and "Name". Attributes are embedded in the GFF attributes field in the form name=value;, e.g. ID=gene:ENSDARG00000029944;Name=parpbp.

Attribute value (text after '='), or NULL if name is not found
