firedns_ntoa4 - convert a binary format IPv4 address to a dotted quad string

char *firedns_ntoa4(const struct in_addr *ip)
char *firedns_ntoa4_r(const struct in_addr *ip)
char *firedns_ntoa4_s(const struct in_addr *ip, char *result)

firedns_ntoa4() takes an IPv4 address in binary format in ip and returns a char * of the IP in human-readable dotted quad format.

Returns a string containing the IP address in human-readable dotted quad format.
