eclat-deimg, eclat-deregister-image - deregister an EC2 image

eclat deimg ID

eclat deimg --help

This command deregisters an existing Amazon image (AMI) identified by ID.

If ID mapping is in use (see the section MAPS in eclat(1)), the command treat the ID as a symbolic name and uses the ImageId map to translate it.

Note that this command does not destroy other resources associated with the image, such as snapshots. Use the eclat rmsnap command for that.
