XSHODOU(1) FreeBSD General Commands Manual XSHODOU(1)

XShodou - a Japanese shodou program for X based on Tcl/Tk

xshodou [ -options ... ]

XShodou is a Japanese shodou program for X based on Tcl/Tk. You can write Japanese traditional letters by using the mouse as if you used a hude - Japanese brush to write shodou letters. You can save the image as an EPS file.

You click the left button of the mouse and drag it - draw the line with putting down the hude. You move the mouse - draw the line with same thickness of it. And You click the right button and drag it - draw the line with pulling up the hude. If you click the middle button, pull up and open the hude from the canvas. You can write shodou letters by repeating them. If you want to move or delete the drawn line, click middle button on the line, and drag the mouse or select "Delete" menu in Edit menu.

You can use all of the standard Tcl/Tk's options.
