Enables the use of field specification sugar (has_field). Use this module instead of " use Moose; "

   package MyApp::Form::Foo;
   use HTML::FormHandler::Moose;
   extends 'HTML::FormHandler';
   has_field 'username' => ( type => 'Text', ... );
   has_field 'something_else' => ( ... );
   no HTML::FormHandler::Moose;
   1;
