JAM_DeleteMessage - Delete message from messagebase

int JAM_DeleteMessage(s_JamBase*        Base_PS,
                      ulong             MsgNo_I);

Deletes message from messagebase by setting HdrOffset and UserCRC in index to 0xFFFFFFFF. ActiveMsgs in base header also updated.

The message base to use
The absolute message number. Message #0 is the first in the message base.

if successful
if an I/O error occured. See JAM_Errno(3)
if the message base is not locked

This funtion is available since JAMlib 1.4.0.
