Paws::CloudWatch::SetAlarmState(3) User Contributed Perl Documentation Paws::CloudWatch::SetAlarmState(3)

Paws::CloudWatch::SetAlarmState - Arguments for method SetAlarmState on Paws::CloudWatch

This class represents the parameters used for calling the method SetAlarmState on the Amazon CloudWatch service. Use the attributes of this class as arguments to method SetAlarmState.

You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the call to SetAlarmState.

    my $monitoring = Paws->service('CloudWatch');
    $monitoring->SetAlarmState(
      AlarmName       => 'MyAlarmName',
      StateReason     => 'MyStateReason',
      StateValue      => 'OK',
      StateReasonData => 'MyStateReasonData',    # OPTIONAL
    );

Values for attributes that are native types (Int, String, Float, etc) can passed as-is (scalar values). Values for complex Types (objects) can be passed as a HashRef. The keys and values of the hashref will be used to instance the underlying object. For the AWS API documentation, see <https://docs.aws.amazon.com/goto/WebAPI/monitoring/SetAlarmState>

REQUIRED AlarmName => Str

The name of the alarm.

REQUIRED StateReason => Str

The reason that this alarm is set to this specific state, in text format.

The reason that this alarm is set to this specific state, in JSON format.

For SNS or EC2 alarm actions, this is just informational. But for EC2 Auto Scaling or application Auto Scaling alarm actions, the Auto Scaling policy uses the information in this field to take the correct action.

REQUIRED StateValue => Str

The value of the state.

Valid values are: "OK", "ALARM", "INSUFFICIENT_DATA"

This class forms part of Paws, documenting arguments for method SetAlarmState in Paws::CloudWatch
