Paws::DynamoDB::ReplicaGlobalSecondaryIndexSettingsDescription

This class represents one of two things:

Arguments in a call to a service

Use the attributes of this class as arguments to methods. You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the calls that expect this type of object.

As an example, if Att1 is expected to be a Paws::DynamoDB::ReplicaGlobalSecondaryIndexSettingsDescription object:

  $service_obj->Method(Att1 => { IndexName => $value, ..., ProvisionedWriteCapacityUnits => $value  });

Results returned from an API call

Use accessors for each attribute. If Att1 is expected to be an Paws::DynamoDB::ReplicaGlobalSecondaryIndexSettingsDescription object:

  $result = $service_obj->Method(...);
  $result->Att1->IndexName

Represents the properties of a global secondary index.

REQUIRED IndexName => Str

The name of the global secondary index. The name must be unique among all other indexes on this table.

The current status of the global secondary index:

  • "CREATING" - The global secondary index is being created.
  • "UPDATING" - The global secondary index is being updated.
  • "DELETING" - The global secondary index is being deleted.
  • "ACTIVE" - The global secondary index is ready for use.

Auto scaling settings for a global secondary index replica's read capacity units.

The maximum number of strongly consistent reads consumed per second before DynamoDB returns a "ThrottlingException".

Auto scaling settings for a global secondary index replica's write capacity units.

The maximum number of writes consumed per second before DynamoDB returns a "ThrottlingException".
