Use the attributes of this class as arguments to method CreateUser. You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the call to CreateUser. You can create up to two passwords for each user. Tags => ArrayRef[Paws::ElastiCache::Tag]A list of tags to be added to this resource. A tag is a key-value pair. A tag key must be accompanied by a tag value, although null is accepted. REQUIRED UserId => StrThe ID of the user. REQUIRED UserName => StrThe username of the user.
