NAMEPaws::IAM::PutRolePolicy - Arguments for method PutRolePolicy on Paws::IAM DESCRIPTIONThis class represents the parameters used for calling the method PutRolePolicy on the AWS Identity and Access Management service. Use the attributes of this class as arguments to method PutRolePolicy. You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the call to PutRolePolicy. SYNOPSISmy $iam = Paws->service('IAM'); # To attach a permissions policy to an IAM role # The following command adds a permissions policy to the role named Test-Role. $iam->PutRolePolicy( 'PolicyDocument' => '{"Version":"2012-10-17","Statement":{"Effect":"Allow","Action":"s3:*","Resource":"*"}}', 'PolicyName' => 'S3AccessPolicy', 'RoleName' => 'S3Access' ); Values for attributes that are native types (Int, String, Float, etc) can passed as-is (scalar values). Values for complex Types (objects) can be passed as a HashRef. The keys and values of the hashref will be used to instance the underlying object. For the AWS API documentation, see <https://docs.aws.amazon.com/goto/WebAPI/iam/PutRolePolicy> ATTRIBUTESREQUIRED PolicyDocument => StrThe policy document. You must provide policies in JSON format in IAM. However, for AWS CloudFormation templates formatted in YAML, you can provide the policy in JSON or YAML format. AWS CloudFormation always converts a YAML policy to JSON format before submitting it to IAM. The regex pattern (http://wikipedia.org/wiki/regex) used to validate this parameter is a string of characters consisting of the following:
REQUIRED PolicyName => StrThe name of the policy document. This parameter allows (through its regex pattern (http://wikipedia.org/wiki/regex)) a string of characters consisting of upper and lowercase alphanumeric characters with no spaces. You can also include any of the following characters: _+=,.@- REQUIRED RoleName => StrThe name of the role to associate the policy with. This parameter allows (through its regex pattern (http://wikipedia.org/wiki/regex)) a string of characters consisting of upper and lowercase alphanumeric characters with no spaces. You can also include any of the following characters: _+=,.@- SEE ALSOThis class forms part of Paws, documenting arguments for method PutRolePolicy in Paws::IAM BUGS and CONTRIBUTIONSThe source code is located here: <https://github.com/pplu/aws-sdk-perl> Please report bugs to: <https://github.com/pplu/aws-sdk-perl/issues>
