Paws::LexRuntime::ActiveContext(3) User Contributed Perl Documentation Paws::LexRuntime::ActiveContext(3)

Paws::LexRuntime::ActiveContext

This class represents one of two things:

Arguments in a call to a service

Use the attributes of this class as arguments to methods. You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the calls that expect this type of object.

As an example, if Att1 is expected to be a Paws::LexRuntime::ActiveContext object:

  $service_obj->Method(Att1 => { Name => $value, ..., TimeToLive => $value  });

Results returned from an API call

Use accessors for each attribute. If Att1 is expected to be an Paws::LexRuntime::ActiveContext object:

  $result = $service_obj->Method(...);
  $result->Att1->Name

A context is a variable that contains information about the current state of the conversation between a user and Amazon Lex. Context can be set automatically by Amazon Lex when an intent is fulfilled, or it can be set at runtime using the "PutContent", "PutText", or "PutSession" operation.

REQUIRED Name => Str

The name of the context.

REQUIRED Parameters => Paws::LexRuntime::ActiveContextParametersMap

State variables for the current context. You can use these values as default values for slots in subsequent events.

REQUIRED TimeToLive => Paws::LexRuntime::ActiveContextTimeToLive

The length of time or number of turns that a context remains active.

This class forms part of Paws, describing an object used in Paws::LexRuntime
