Paws::MediaStore::CreateContainer(3) User Contributed Perl Documentation Paws::MediaStore::CreateContainer(3)

Paws::MediaStore::CreateContainer - Arguments for method CreateContainer on Paws::MediaStore

This class represents the parameters used for calling the method CreateContainer on the AWS Elemental MediaStore service. Use the attributes of this class as arguments to method CreateContainer.

You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the call to CreateContainer.

    my $mediastore = Paws->service('MediaStore');
    my $CreateContainerOutput = $mediastore->CreateContainer(
      ContainerName => 'MyContainerName',
      Tags          => [
        {
          Key   => 'MyTagKey',      # min: 1, max: 128
          Value => 'MyTagValue',    # max: 256; OPTIONAL
        },
        ...
      ],    # OPTIONAL
    );
    # Results:
    my $Container = $CreateContainerOutput->Container;
    # Returns a L<Paws::MediaStore::CreateContainerOutput> object.

Values for attributes that are native types (Int, String, Float, etc) can passed as-is (scalar values). Values for complex Types (objects) can be passed as a HashRef. The keys and values of the hashref will be used to instance the underlying object. For the AWS API documentation, see <https://docs.aws.amazon.com/goto/WebAPI/mediastore/CreateContainer>

REQUIRED ContainerName => Str

The name for the container. The name must be from 1 to 255 characters. Container names must be unique to your AWS account within a specific region. As an example, you could create a container named "movies" in every region, as long as you don’t have an existing container with that name.

An array of key:value pairs that you define. These values can be anything that you want. Typically, the tag key represents a category (such as "environment") and the tag value represents a specific value within that category (such as "test," "development," or "production"). You can add up to 50 tags to each container. For more information about tagging, including naming and usage conventions, see Tagging Resources in MediaStore (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/mediastore/latest/ug/tagging.html).

This class forms part of Paws, documenting arguments for method CreateContainer in Paws::MediaStore
