You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the call to CreateConfigurationSet.

    my $email = Paws->service('PinpointEmail');
    my $CreateConfigurationSetResponse = $email->CreateConfigurationSet(
      ConfigurationSetName => 'MyConfigurationSetName',
      DeliveryOptions      => {
        SendingPoolName => 'MyPoolName',   # OPTIONAL
        TlsPolicy => 'REQUIRE', # values: REQUIRE, OPTIONAL; OPTIONAL
      },    # OPTIONAL
      ReputationOptions => {
        LastFreshStart           => '1970-01-01T01:00:00',    # OPTIONAL
        ReputationMetricsEnabled => 1,                        # OPTIONAL
      },    # OPTIONAL
      SendingOptions => {
        SendingEnabled => 1,    # OPTIONAL
      },    # OPTIONAL
      Tags => [
        {
          Key   => 'MyTagKey',
          Value => 'MyTagValue',
        },
        ...
      ],    # OPTIONAL
      TrackingOptions => {
        CustomRedirectDomain => 'MyCustomRedirectDomain',
      },    # OPTIONAL
    );

Values for attributes that are native types (Int, String, Float, etc) can passed as-is (scalar values). Values for complex Types (objects) can be passed as a HashRef. The keys and values of the hashref will be used to instance the underlying object. For the AWS API documentation, see <https://docs.aws.amazon.com/goto/WebAPI/email/CreateConfigurationSet>
