Paws::RDS::FailoverGlobalCluster - Arguments for method FailoverGlobalCluster on Paws::RDS

This class represents the parameters used for calling the method FailoverGlobalCluster on the Amazon Relational Database Service service. Use the attributes of this class as arguments to method FailoverGlobalCluster.

You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the call to FailoverGlobalCluster.

    my $rds = Paws->service('RDS');
    my $FailoverGlobalClusterResult = $rds->FailoverGlobalCluster(
      GlobalClusterIdentifier   => 'MyGlobalClusterIdentifier',
      TargetDbClusterIdentifier => 'MyDBClusterIdentifier',
    );
    # Results:
    my $GlobalCluster = $FailoverGlobalClusterResult->GlobalCluster;
    # Returns a L<Paws::RDS::FailoverGlobalClusterResult> object.

Values for attributes that are native types (Int, String, Float, etc) can passed as-is (scalar values). Values for complex Types (objects) can be passed as a HashRef. The keys and values of the hashref will be used to instance the underlying object. For the AWS API documentation, see <https://docs.aws.amazon.com/goto/WebAPI/rds/FailoverGlobalCluster>

REQUIRED GlobalClusterIdentifier => Str

Identifier of the Aurora global database (GlobalCluster) that should be failed over. The identifier is the unique key assigned by the user when the Aurora global database was created. In other words, it's the name of the Aurora global database that you want to fail over.

Constraints:

Must match the identifier of an existing GlobalCluster (Aurora global database).

REQUIRED TargetDbClusterIdentifier => Str

Identifier of the secondary Aurora DB cluster that you want to promote to primary for the Aurora global database (GlobalCluster.) Use the Amazon Resource Name (ARN) for the identifier so that Aurora can locate the cluster in its Amazon Web Services Region.

This class forms part of Paws, documenting arguments for method FailoverGlobalCluster in Paws::RDS
