Paws::SSMContacts::CreateContactChannel - Arguments for method CreateContactChannel on Paws::SSMContacts

This class represents the parameters used for calling the method CreateContactChannel on the AWS Systems Manager Incident Manager Contacts service. Use the attributes of this class as arguments to method CreateContactChannel.

You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the call to CreateContactChannel.

    my $ssm-contacts = Paws->service('SSMContacts');
    my $CreateContactChannelResult = $ssm -contacts->CreateContactChannel(
      ContactId       => 'MySsmContactsArn',
      DeliveryAddress => {
        SimpleAddress => 'MySimpleAddress',    # min: 1, max: 320; OPTIONAL
      },
      Name             => 'MyChannelName',
      Type             => 'SMS',
      DeferActivation  => 1,                       # OPTIONAL
      IdempotencyToken => 'MyIdempotencyToken',    # OPTIONAL
    );
    # Results:
    my $ContactChannelArn = $CreateContactChannelResult->ContactChannelArn;
    # Returns a L<Paws::SSMContacts::CreateContactChannelResult> object.

Values for attributes that are native types (Int, String, Float, etc) can passed as-is (scalar values). Values for complex Types (objects) can be passed as a HashRef. The keys and values of the hashref will be used to instance the underlying object. For the AWS API documentation, see <https://docs.aws.amazon.com/goto/WebAPI/ssm-contacts/CreateContactChannel>

REQUIRED ContactId => Str

The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the contact channel.

If you want to activate the channel at a later time, you can choose to defer activation. Incident Manager can't engage your contact channel until it has been activated.

REQUIRED DeliveryAddress => Paws::SSMContacts::ContactChannelAddress

The details that Incident Manager uses when trying to engage the contact channel. The format is dependent on the type of the contact channel. The following are the expected formats:

  • SMS - '+' followed by the country code and phone number
  • VOICE - '+' followed by the country code and phone number
  • EMAIL - any standard email format

A token ensuring that the action is called only once with the specified details.

REQUIRED Name => Str

The name of the contact channel.

REQUIRED Type => Str

Incident Manager supports three types of contact channels:

  • "SMS"
  • "VOICE"
  • "EMAIL"

Valid values are: "SMS", "VOICE", "EMAIL"

This class forms part of Paws, documenting arguments for method CreateContactChannel in Paws::SSMContacts
