Paws::XRay::SamplingRuleUpdate(3) User Contributed Perl Documentation Paws::XRay::SamplingRuleUpdate(3)

Paws::XRay::SamplingRuleUpdate

This class represents one of two things:

Arguments in a call to a service

Use the attributes of this class as arguments to methods. You shouldn't make instances of this class. Each attribute should be used as a named argument in the calls that expect this type of object.

As an example, if Att1 is expected to be a Paws::XRay::SamplingRuleUpdate object:

  $service_obj->Method(Att1 => { Attributes => $value, ..., URLPath => $value  });

Results returned from an API call

Use accessors for each attribute. If Att1 is expected to be an Paws::XRay::SamplingRuleUpdate object:

  $result = $service_obj->Method(...);
  $result->Att1->Attributes

A document specifying changes to a sampling rule's configuration.

Matches attributes derived from the request.

The percentage of matching requests to instrument, after the reservoir is exhausted.

Matches the hostname from a request URL.

Matches the HTTP method of a request.

The priority of the sampling rule.

A fixed number of matching requests to instrument per second, prior to applying the fixed rate. The reservoir is not used directly by services, but applies to all services using the rule collectively.

Matches the ARN of the AWS resource on which the service runs.

The ARN of the sampling rule. Specify a rule by either name or ARN, but not both.

The name of the sampling rule. Specify a rule by either name or ARN, but not both.

Matches the "name" that the service uses to identify itself in segments.

Matches the "origin" that the service uses to identify its type in segments.

This class forms part of Paws, describing an object used in Paws::XRay
