applybddnodenot - complements a bdd.
See the file man1/alc_origin.1.

bddnode ∗applybddnodenot( BddSystem, BddNode )
bddsystem ∗BddSystem;
bddnode ∗BddNode;
applybddnodenot complements BddNode in the
bdd system BddSystem. If a null pointer is given, the default
bdd system is used.
applybddnodenot returns a pointer to the resulting
bdd node with its number of external reference incremented.
