DDOT forms the dot product of two vectors.

Parameters
N is INTEGER

DX is DOUBLE PRECISION array, dimension ( 1 + ( N - 1 )*abs( INCX ) )
INCX
INCX is INTEGER
storage spacing between elements of DX
