SYNOPSIS

OwnTone [options]

DESCRIPTION

OwnTone is a Linux/FreeBSD DAAP (iTunes) media server with support for AirPlay devices, Apple Remote (and compatibles), MPD, Spotify, Chromecast, mp3 streaming and internet radio. It allows you to share your music collection over the local network.

OPTIONS

-d, --debug=level

Log level (0-5).

-D, --logdomains=dom,..,dom

Debug domains; available domains are: config, daap, db, httpd, main, mdns, misc, rsp, scan, xcode, event, http, remote, dacp, ffmpeg, artwork, player, raop, laudio, dmap, fdbperf, spotify, scrobble, cache, mpd, stream, cast, fifo, lib, web, airplay.

-c, --config=file

Use file as the configuration file.

-P, --pidfile=file

Write PID to file.

-f, --foreground

Run in the foreground.

-b, --ffid=ffid

ffid to be broadcast in mDNS records.

-v, --version

Display version information.

--mdns-no-rsp

Don't announce RSP service via mDNS.

--mdns-no-daap

Don't announce DAAP service via mDNS.

--mdns-no-cname

Don't register owntone.local as CNAME via mDNS.

--mdns-no-web

Don't announce web interface via mDNS.
