GENLIB_HEIGHT - compute the height of a model

Name of the cell which height is needed

HEIGHT looks for the figure called cellname on memory, and then on disk. When found, the figure abutment box height is calculated, and returned.

HEIGHT returns a long int being the cell abutment box height.
